#1 Series : First time doing Vietnamese fresh spring rolls
These fresh Vietnamese spring rolls are made with shrimp, vegetables, herbs, and rice noodles wrapped in rice paper. Vietnamese spring rolls are traditionally served with nước chấm

Ingredient
1) Rice paper (Bánh Tráng)
2) 500 gram Rice vermicelli
3) 1 kg Belly Pork
3) 300 gram large shrimps
4) Salad, cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts
Sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp of (palm) sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp diced red chili
1 tbsp clove finely chopped garlic
Step 1 Wash the Salad, cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts and drain.

Step 2 Cut the Cucumber and Carrot lengthwise into lengths.
Step 3 Boil Belly Pork and large shrimps.


Step 4 Start by soaking a rice wrapper in cold water for maximum 10 seconds and lay down on a flat and clean surface. Add your filling on top of the wrapper with enough space to the borders and start closing up your spring roll.

Step 5 You put fish sauce, sugar and hot water in a cup, stir to dissolve the sugar.
Step 6 Add 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced chili and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir again to finish the delicious fish sauce and roll it.
